Striker Rory Fallon aims to aid Plymouth Argyle revival
Fallon played in all three of New Zealand's games at the World Cup
Plymouth Argyle striker Rory Fallon is hoping his return to the squad will herald a change in fortune for the League One strugglers.
The New Zealand striker has only played three matches for Argyle this season after suffering a hernia.
Fallon told BBC Devon: "People have been saying that we've been missing a big man up top, but we'll see what the gaffer does.
"I'm back in training so I declare myself fit."
Fallon returns to a Plymouth squad who are only two places above the League One relegation zone, having won just three games all season.
"I'm not a very good spectator," said Fallon. "I think it's harder watching sometimes, as on the field you can try and do something about it, whereas watching is quite tough."
Fallon, who appeared for New Zealand at the World Cup in South Africa, will be hoping to make an impact against Huddersfield at Home Park on Saturday.
"I don't feel that we've shown our true form at home yet, but hopefully we can give the fans something to cheer about
"The Argyle fans are quite long suffering and have done well to put up with what we've been doing, so hopefully we can just spark something off.
"Huddersfield are a really good team and they're proving to be a strong team and hopefully we can come up to that test."
