Plymouth manager Paul Mariner has praised strikers Bradley Wright-Phillips and Yannick Bolasie following Tuesday's 2-0 win at Ipswich.
Goals from Wright-Phillips and Joe Mason moved Argyle to within three points of safety at the foot of the Championship table.
Mariner told BBC Radio Devon: "They have pace in the attack and they have a tremendous work ethic.
"The five to 10% extra that they bring may be what can turn the tide for us."
He added: "My hat goes off to all the players as I'm so proud of them after that performance."
The Pilgrims have now taken seven points from their last four games, but remain 23rd in the Championship, seven points ahead of bottom club Peterborough.
They are two points behind 22nd-placed Crystal Palace and a further point off Sheffield Wednesday, who lie just above the relegation zone.
