Kienast has played 10 times for Austria, scoring one goal
Plymouth Argyle could sign Austrian international striker Roman Kienast.
The 24-year-old, who played for his country in last summer's European Championships, is currently with Norwegian side Ham-Kam.
He spent the final part of 2008 on loan at Swedish side Helsingborgs, for whom he played 12 times.
He played in a behind-closed-doors game for Argyle on Monday and manager Paul Sturrock says he will taking a look at him over the coming week.
"I'll have a look at him again on Thursday morning and play some game-like stuff with him.
"It's very difficult to turn up and parade your stuff when you don't know the style of the team," Sturrock told BBC Radio Devon.

Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock
"He's played at a high standard, his goal-scoring record is reasonable, but the problem is he's been out of season for a couple of months.
"It's whether he can be match-fit quick enough."
But Sturrock says he will only sign Kienast, who he describes as a "Peter Crouch-style" forward, if he can move at least one striker away from Home Park.
"I think it's important to prune our squad, because there's no way our budget can handle the size of squad we have at this time.
"I do feel at this juncture of the season there are certain players who are desperate for first-team football.
"I'd play everybody if I could play them, all, they're a good bunch of players and they've worked very hard for me.
"But I can only pick 11 and there are certain ones who'll move on before the end of the window."
