Sturrock says he is not sure why is side is starting games so poorly
Plymouth Argyle manager Paul Sturrock was not happy with his side's performance in the 1-0 defeat at Doncaster on Saturday.
Brian Stock's goal saw the Championship's bottom side get the win and leave Argyle with just one point out of their last three matches.
"In the last three games I've felt we've not started the games properly," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"Putting your finger on the pulse of why is very difficult."
He added: "In hindsight football is a wonderful game and in the end the types of players I maybe played didn't work out the way I expected it to happen.
"But that's football. That's the kind of league we're in. If you don't turn out full throttle this league can devour you," he said.
