Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock has said he is going to make considerable changes to the way players train and the club's youth set-up during the summer.
Sturrock, who began his second spell as Plymouth boss in December, says he wants to ensure each player's performance is monitored.
"We're going to go down the road of investing so our finger is on the pulse of every individual player."
Sturrock also wants to introduce more afternoon training sessions.
