Highly-rated Peterborough midfielder Jamie Day has signed a new long-term deal at London Road. The 21-year-old, who has also played at left-back for the League Two side, has agreed terms to keep him with the Posh until June 2010.
"I felt that we should reward Jamie for how well he has done and the chairman has backed me again," manager Darren Ferguson told Peterborough's website.
Day has been a regular for Peterborough so far this season.
He has came through the club?s youth system.
