Oxford United chairman Kelvin Thomas says the U's are not finished in the transfer market this summer.
The U's have made seven signings since winning the Blue Square Premier play-off final, including Simon Heslop who joined from Barnsley this week.
"I think there will be a couple of new faces still, maybe not be this week - it may be closer to the start of the season," Thomas told BBC Oxford.
"We have a young fit energetic squad which will serve us well."
Thomas believes squad stability may serve the U's well in their return to the Football League. However, he contends he always keeps an open mind about the transfer market.
It was a wonderful experience to be one of the 72 representatives there. It's a well-run organisation and it's a pleasure to be part of that

He said: "A name came up yesterday and we will speak to the player's agent in the next few days.
"We have got most of our business done early, but we will keep an eye on what's out there."
After Oxford booked their place back in the Football League at Wembley, Thomas says he is now looking forward to the fixture list being published next week and enjoyed representing the club at the Football League AGM in Malta.
"It was a wonderful experience to be one of the 72 representatives there," he said. It's a well-run organisation and it's a pleasure to be part of that."
