Lewis made over 400 appearances as an Oxford player

Oxford assistant manager Mickey Lewis says United can only enjoy their day at Wembley if they beat York in Sunday's Blue Square Premier play-off final.

The U's will be making their first visit to the national stadium since the 1986 League Cup final.

"All we are looking at is the job in hand, " Lewis told BBC Oxford.

"Nobody is hiding behind the fact it is a big occasion, but both clubs will tell you it is only enjoyable if you can win."

Lewis added: "We are looking forward to it but nobody is getting carried away and we will stay focused on the job we need to do."
