Murray remains committed to U's

Oxford United captain Adam Murray says that he intends to have a long-term future at the Kassam Stadium.

The 27-year-old has been linked with clubs closer to his Derbyshire home, but he says he intends to move closer to Oxfordshire as soon as possible.

"I have said to the gaffer and said to the chairman I don't want to go anywhere," Murray told BBC Oxford.

"I love this club, I love the passion the fans have. I am happy to be here and I don't want to move anywhere"

"I need to sort out my future first but that is looking positive. Hopefully it will be sorted in a few weeks," Murray added.
