Oxford midfielder Eddie Hutchinson says the players must put the club's points deduction penalty behind them by winning back their points on the field.

The U's were docked five points after fielding unregistered Hutchinson and have until Monday to decide whether to appeal against the Conference ruling.

"We are all disappointed but we have to get on with it now," the 26-year-old told BBC Oxford.

"We have to try and get those points back as quickly as we can."

He added: "When I first found out about the points I didn't know it was me at all."
