Oxford new boy Michael Blackwood says the Kassam Stadium is a key reason for him agreeing the move. The 27-year-old winger joined the U's on loan from Kidderminster until the end of the season on deadline day.
And he told BBC Radio Oxford: "You get big crowds at Oxford, a quality pitch and that will give me more than a boost to perform.
"My contract at Kidderminster runs out at the end of the year, I have a job to do here."
He joins his Aggborough team-mate Justin Richards on loan at Oxford and could make his debut against Histon on 9 February.
He previously enjoyed spells at Aston Villa, Wrexham and Stevenage.
