Ince's side play host to Colchester on Tuesday

Notts County boss Paul Ince is eager to sign two wingers this week.

BBC Radio Nottingham understands that the Magpies are close to signing two new players - one from a Premier League club and one from a Championship side.

Ince said: "We are down to the bare bones. The lads have given me everything but we have to start bringing in some fresh faces.

"Since we lost Thomas [Ince], Dave Martin and [Alan] Judge we have got no width and we have to bring width in."

Ince's son Thomas has returned to Liverpool after the end of his loan spell and Judge and Martin are both currently injured.
