McParland guided Notts County to League survival last season

Notts County manager Ian McParland says he is has not given up hope of bringing in further new signings to the League Two club.

The Magpies have so far brought six new players to Meadow Lane, including Russell Hoult, Matt Hamshaw, Jamie Forrester and Adam Nowland.

"I'm still trying to make other signings," admitted McParland to BBC Radio Nottingham.

"But we've got to cut our cloth accordingly and build gradually."
