Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies insists striker Robert Earnshaw is staying at the City Ground.
The 28-year-old has been linked with moves to Championship rivals Newcastle and Middlesbrough.
But Davies told the club's website: "In respect of agents and other mischief-makers the message is loud and clear - Robert Earnshaw is staying at Forest.
"He is very much part of the team here, we're delighted to have him and under no circumstances is he leaving."
