Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood says his side need to turn their next few league games into a winning streak.
Forest face fellow Championship strugglers in their next four matches.
Calderwood told BBC Radio Nottingham: "We're always in it to win it and we're going to get that winning mentality into the players.
"We're looking forward to Southampton and I think the away team is always the greater threat in a game like that."

Forest only managed to take one point on Saturday in a 0-0 draw at home to Blackpool.
They could drop one place to 23rd in the table if Charlton beat Derby County at The Valley on Monday.
After Saturday's trip to Southampton, Forest face Doncaster, Norwich and Charlton.
