Forest captain Wilson backs manager

Nottingham Forest captain Kelvin Wilson has backed under-fire manager Colin Calderwood and said it is the players' responsibility to get results.

Nottingham-born Wilson said he is confident his team can move out of the Championship relegation zone.

He told BBC Radio Nottingham: "Two wins and six points will take us out of there and we're capable of doing it, both the players and the management.

"He's a top manager, Colin's doing all he can, it's just down to the players."

Forest face Barnsley at home on Saturday - a game Calderwood has admitted they must take three points from.
