Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood was satisfied with his side's display as their pre-season continued with a 3-1 victory at Burton Albion.

Aaron Davies, Lewis McGugan and Nathan Tyson were the Reds' goalscorers as they came from a goal down.

Calderwood told BBC Radio Nottingham: "We're pleased with the workout.

"We failed with a lot of passes falling short, but the tempo of the game was good. We've physically gained from it. We have to develop and be stronger."

Forest are next in action against Telford on Wednesday night before Premier League Everton visit the City Ground on Friday.
