League One leaders Norwich battle battle from a goal behind to beat Hartlepool at Carrow Road.
Michael Rose admits that his Norwich City debut could barely have gone any better after hitting Saturday's matchwinner against Hartlepool.
Just 24 hours after arriving on loan from Stockport, left-back Rose finished off a fluid move to complete table-topping City's comeback for a 2-1 win.
"It's unbelievable really," said Rose. "That's possibly the best debut I could have wished for.
"I don't think it could have gone any better," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"Obviously, the first thing is getting your first game out of the way, getting to know the lads and how they play.
"But I couldn't have come to a better club to be honest."

Rose also demonstrated an unexpected string to his bow by being unveiled as a long-throw specialist.
"I think a few of the lads were surprised by it as the gaffer hadn't mentioned it," said Rose.
"The first one was from a corner so I told Michael Nelson to stay up there.
"I don't think he thought I could throw it that far and it went over the top of him.
"Maybe that's something we'll work on in training now the lads know I've got it."
Midfielder Korey Smith admitted: "I didn't know he had it. It's always a good weapon to have.
"I was standing waiting for a short one, Michael Nelson went up and it even went over his head."
