Norwich City have signed Blackburn Rovers striker Maceo Rigters on loan until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old Dutchman joined Rovers last July after finishing top-scorer in the European Under-21 Championships.
But he has found first-team chances hard to come by at Ewood Park and is yet to start in the Premier League.
Rigters told BBC Radio Norfolk: "I am very pleased to get the chance for first-team football at the end of the season at such a big club as Norwich."
He added: "I am very determined to score goals for Norwich as I have been told there haven't been many recently."
Canaries boss Glenn Roeder said: "I think this is a good opportunity for him to come and show everybody what he's capable of doing - scoring goals.
"I was impressed with what I saw of him at the European Championships last season.
"We beat off strong interest from a number of prominent Championship clubs and I am delighted."
Roeder is hoping Rigters will help Norwich end their current goal drought.
City have failed to find the net in their last three games and have only scored four goals in eight matches.
The lack of goals has left them only three points above the Championship's relegation zone with seven games of the season remaining.
