Lowestoft could be off to Wembley
Lowestoft Town's build-up to their FA Vase semi-final has been boosted by help from Norwich City.

The Canaries granted the Trawler Boys use of their Colney training facilities to prepare for the two legs against fellow non-leaguers Whitley Bay.

Dave Carolan, Norwich's fitness coach, also helped Town's bid for Wembley by taking a conditioning session.

The semi-final first leg is at Crown Meadow this Saturday with the return a week later.

Carolan told BBC Radio Norfolk: "Colney is a wonderful training ground and we're very lucky to have that.

"It's great that Lowestoft can come up and use a facility that's almost on their doorstep."
