Leiston and Lowestoft Town will face each other for a place in the final of the Suffolk Premier Cup on Tuesday. The North Suffolk rivals meet on neutral turf at Woodbridge Town's Notcutts Park ground.
Leiston are on a good run in the Ridgeon's League while Lowestoft are through to the semi-finals of the FA Vase for the first time.
The winners will play either Needham Market or Kirkley and Pakefield, who meet on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, in the Ridgeons League Premier Division, leaders Soham Town Rangers are at home to third-placed Wroxham. Both teams were held to draws on Saturday.
Mildenhall Town could move to within three points of Wroxham if they can beat Harwich & Parkeston at Recreation Way.
Felixstowe & Walton United host Stanway Rovers who lie just above them in the table.
Debenham LC go to FC Clacton in the Ridgeons First Division while promotion chasers Ely City and Whitton United meet in the semi-final of the First Division Knockout Cup.
