Guttridge returned from injury against Rochdale in September
Northampton Town's Luke Guttridge says he feared his knee would never be in perfect condition again after a pre-season injury.
Guttridge told BBC Radio Northampton: "It's great to be back. At one point, I wasn't even sure if I was ever going to be fully fit.
"Some specialists said six to eight months, so it's been a miracle."
The 27-year-old's free-kick against Lincoln City led to the winning goal for Steve Guinan on Saturday.
Northampton Town climbed to 17th in League Two, and have now gone five matches unbeaten in all competitions, after the 1-0 victory at home to Lincoln.
"It was a massive win. We've got Morecombe and Torquay next, who are both below us. So we've got an opportunity to win a couple and hopefully sneak up and around the play-offs by Christmas."
