Morecambe have extended the loan deal of Colchester United's Simon Hackney.
The winger, 26, has signed until 8 May with the provision to appear in any League Two play-off fixtures if needed.
Boss Sammy McIlroy said: "Simon has shown some great touches and really played a decent part in our success over the past few days."
The former Carlisle player has made six appearances for the Shrimps since joining last month and scored twice earlier in the season for Colchester.
