Defender Tom Flanagan has signed his first professional contract with Milton Keynes Dons.
The 18-year-old has agreed a 12-month deal with the option of a second year.
He becomes the third graduate of the club's academy to sign terms this year after Charlie Collins and Adam Chicksen, both 18, made the step up.
Boss Karl Robinson told the club's website: "He still has a lot of learning to do and isn't ready to be a first-team regular at this stage."
He added: "But he deserves to be here and continues to show a lot of promise."
