Milton Keynes Dons have agreed a three-year kit deal with Australian sportswear company ISC.
It is the Sydney-based company's first venture into football, but they already supply kit for teams including reigning Super League champions Leeds Rhinos.
The Dons' new kits will be unveiled next month.
Chairman Pete Winkelman said: "Our exciting partnership with ISC represents another groundbreaking moment for MK Dons."
He added: "We've become the world's first football club to sport this rising international brand.
"We have been impressed by ISC's commitment to providing our players with a stylish, quality and, very importantly, uniquely-designed kit.
"The decision for us to move away (from the previous kit supplier) was driven by nothing more than a desire to run our own merchandising operation, something we now feel ready to do after three years at the Stadium MK, and something not possible in our existing arrangement."
