Millwall executive deputy chair Heather Rabbatts says the club have frozen ticket prices in an attempt to draw supporters back to the New Den.
The Lions reached the FA Cup final in 2004 when in the Championship but are now battling relegation in League One.
"We're really wanting to reward our loyal fans who stick with us," Rabbatts told BBC London 94.9.
"But in particular we have kids offers so children can come to the game and build fans for the future."
Rabbatts added: "We've had two wins against Swansea and Yeovil and now with Leyton Orient on Saturday we're hoping we can start to pull together some winning form, but its been a tough season."
