Millwall only lost two out of 10 games under caretaker Donachie |
Millwall have appointed caretaker boss Willie Donachie as their new manager on a permanent basis. The 55-year-old took charge after Nigel Spackman's sacking in September, and since then the Lions have moved out of the League One relegation zone.
"We knew he would prove a safe pair of hands but we wanted to be certain he was the right man to take charge long term," said chairman Stewart Till.
Donachie has coached several teams including Everton and Manchester City.
