Mansfield Town have appointed former Portsmouth and Jamaica winger Paul Hall as their new head of youth.
The club's youth scheme is being restructured and Hall, 38, will oversee the new set-up.
Manager David Holdsworth told the club's website: "Paul is an excellent character and will work to a very high professional standard."
Chairman Andy Perry said: "Paul is a tremendous guy with an infectious desire for developing young talent."
