Mansfield Town have completed the permanent signing of Cambridge United midfielder Jon Challinor.
Challinor initially moved to Field Mill on loan in November and has now been allowed to join on a free transfer.
The 29-year-old has played five games for the Stags since signing and has helped the club to fourth spot in the Blue Square Premier.
Meanwhile boss David Holdsworth has said he will not sign forward Anthony Peters following a trial spell.
