Forward Anthony Howell has parted company with Mansfield Town after just four months at Field Mill.
The 23-year-old joined the Stags from Ilkeston Town in January and made just two substitute appearances.
Manager David Holdsworth said: "Anthony is a great lad and I thank him for his efforts whilst with us. We will do everything we can to find him a club."
Meanwhile, the Stags have announced Kent PHK will sponsor the club's home and away shorts for the 2009/10 season.
