Mansfield midfielder Jon D'Laryea has praised the Stags' caretaker managers Mark Stallard and Adie Moses.
The pair are in charge until the club appoints a new boss, and recorded a win in their first league game in charge.
Stags went in 1-0 down at half-time to Weymouth, but won 2-1, and D'Laryea says the turnaround was their doing.
"They pick your head up," he told BBC Radio Nottingham. "They make you feel relaxed, make you feel like you can actually go out and win the game."
D'Laryea scored the second goal of his career in stoppage time to give Mansfield only their second win since October, and he is optimistic that Mansfield can take the positives from Saturday and turn it into a run of good form.
I do think the squad we've got now is capable of going on a good run

D'Laryea added: "Wins make you feel confident, so we just need to keep the confidence from Saturday and bring it into the next game against Kettering.
"We need to go on a good run and I think the squad we've got is more than capable of doing that.
"If a new manager comes in and adds to the squad in January, that can only be good, but I do think the squad we've got now is capable of going on a good run."
