New Macclesfield boss Paul Ince was left disappointed after his side led 1-0 and 2-1 against Mansfield - but were eventually beaten 3-2. "It's not great to lose in the last few minutes, but I was very pleased with the performance," Ince said.
"When you're ahead, you can't just sit back and let the opposition come at you - that's what we did, we got punished.
"But obviously this is just my first week, so i think we can get better, stronger and more organised."
