Mick Harford is hoping for a home draw in the semi-final
Luton Town boss Hick Harford is hoping that his side's Johnstone's Paint Trophy run will spur his players on.
He told BBC Three Counties Radio: "It's nice to be in the semi-final of the JPT, but we need to carry that on to Saturday, and the following Saturday."
He was speaking after a much-improved performance from his side resulted in a 1-0 win at Walsall on Tuesday night.
The draw for the southern area semi-final will be made on Saturday. Harford said he would like a home tie.
A late Rossi Jarvis goal was enough to see his side past the League One team.
"We've got to take heart from that performance," Harford told BBC Three Counties Radio
"We've got to take what was good about it - which was very good - into our league form," he added.
