 Beresford had a loan spell at Luton last season |
Luton Town have signed goalkeeper Marlon Beresford from Barnsley. The 34-year-old enjoyed a loan spell at Kenilworth Road between October and January last season but returned to Barnsley in the new year.
Hatters boss Mike Newell was extremely pleased to have the Lincoln-born goalkeeper back on the books at Luton.
Newell told the club's official website: "Marlon did well for us last year. He is an experienced player and we are delighted to have him back."
Newell added: "We were keen to sign him on a longer basis last season but we could only offer him a month-to-month deal at the time."
