Lincoln boss Steve Tilson admits lack of team harmony
Tilson has kept on just three members of his squad for next season
Lincoln City manager Steve Tilson says a lack of harmony among his players was a factor in their relegation from the Football League.
He told BBC Lincolnshire: "Things have to change. A decent side comes from a good team spirit and a good attitude.
"Speaking to the players, they agreed that they probably did not get on as well as they should have."
Tilson has offered new contracts to only three members of the Imps squad which finished 23rd in League Two.
Luke Howell, Danny Hone and Andy Hutchinson been offered new terms as Tilson rebuilds his squad to compete in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
All of the players already contracted to the club for next season have been transfer-listed while the remaining out-of-contract players have been told they have no future at Sincil Bank.
