Bob Dorrian has become the new chairman of Lincoln City.
He succeeds Steff Wright, who has stepped down down after five years at the club, and director Chris Travers will be the Imps' vice-chairman.
Dorrian told BBC Lincolnshire: "Steff is a very hard act to follow but with the help of Chris Travers I'm confident we can take the club forward."
Dorrian, who has been vice-chairman for the past year, was elected at a board meeting at Sincil Bank on Thursday.
