Lincoln City have announced a deal with a car dealership firm to sponsor their home shirts for the next two seasons.

Gocar, which already sponsors the South Park stand at Sincil Bank, is to have its logo on the front of home shirts for the next two seasons.

Jackson Building Centres will feature on the back of Lincoln's home shirts for the same length of time.

Imps chief executive Dave Roberts told BBC Lincolnshire: "The sponsorship money builds up 25% of our turnover."

He added: "Season ticket holders and gate money are our biggest income stream, but I think the companies recognise the benefit of supporting the football club, and we're really grateful for that."
