Lincoln City have signed ex-Darlington and Rochdale midfielder Clark Keltie until the end of the season.
Keltie, 26, made more than 150 league appearances for the Quakers before joining Rochdale in July 2008.
This season he played on loan at Conference sides Chester and Gateshead before his release by Dale in December.
Imps manager Chris Sutton told BBC Lincolnshire: "He's a decent player. He's comfortable on the ball, good at retaining it and a good passer."
Keltie will go into Lincoln's squad for Saturday's League Two match at Barnet.
And Sutton hinted that his stay at Sincil Bank could be longer.
"A lot of contracts are up in the summer and his is one of them," he said.
"So we'll look to see how he does in the coming games with a view to next season."
