Lincoln City have rearranged their League Two match at Burton Albion for Tuesday, 12 January at 1945 GMT.
The game was due to be played on 2 January but the Imps are now at Bolton in the FA Cup third round.
The match could be rescheduled again if Lincoln can hold the Premier League side to a replay which would be played at Sincil Bank on or near that date.
The Imps last reached the third round of the FA Cup in 1999, when they lost 1-0 to Sunderland.
They are currently third from bottom in League Two, having failed to win in their last nine league outings.
