New Imps boss Chris Sutton is set to go into the loan market.
Lincoln City could add two more loan signings to their ranks.
The club's vice-chairman Bob Dorrian told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "I would anticipate the possibility of one or maybe even two more loan signings in the next two weeks."
The signings are part of new manager Chris Sutton's rebuilding plans.
It comes as the club awaits for international clearance for Bermudan winger Khano Smith who has been offered a short-term deal.
"What you have to bear in mind is that we are reaching the limit of numbers you can sign on loan," Dorrian explained.
"You can actually sign as many players as you like, but you can only name five loan players on the teamsheet so it makes it more difficult to sign more than five."
