Wright seeks ground work support

Sincil Bank
The main stand at Sincil Bank is expected to be rebuilt

Lincoln City chairman Steff Wright has said the club needs support from local authorities to redevelop Sincil Bank.

The Imps are expected to meet with the ambulance service and city and county councils to look at improving access to the stadium.

And Wright hopes better access to the ground would lead to redevelopment.

He told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "One of the key things that helped Hull and Doncaster is when the councils got behind the club."

Wright added: "I think there is that willingness amongst people in the city to get behind Lincoln."
