Frecklington has missed more than a quarter of the Imps games this season

Lincoln City midfielder Lee Frecklington will find out later this week if he needs to have an operation on his injured shoulder.

Frecklington dislocated his shoulder during the first half of the Imps defeat to Wrexham on the final day of the season.

The 22-year-old will be assessed later this week.

Meanwhile loan duo defender Lee Ridley and striker Louis Dodds have returned to their parent clubs.

Dodds who was on loan for the whole season from Leicester City scored nine goals for the Imps while Ridley joined on loan in January from Cheltenham.
