Imps extend Frecklington contract
Lee Frecklington
Lincoln have turned down bids from Peterborough for Frecklington
Midfielder Lee Frecklington has agreed a two-year extension to his Lincoln City contract.

The deal will keep Lincoln-born Frecklington, 22, at Sincil Bank until the summer of 2011.

The club had previously turned down what it described as 'substantial' offers from League Two rivals Peterborough United for his services.

Frecklington, who is approaching 100 league appearances for the Imps, is currently out with an ankle injury.
