Imps to show support for Jackson

Lincoln City fans are planning to show their support for manager Peter Jackson at his final game in charge before he begins treatment for cancer.

The Imps home game on Saturday against Wycombe will be Jackson's last match with the Imps for a few months.

The supporters trust have commissioned a large club shirt with the legend 'Lord of the Imps' on it which will be used for the first time at the game.

Fans are also going to sign a giant get well soon card for Jackson.

The City manager told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "I couldn't wish to work at a better club."

"It will be an emotional occasion for everybody and my family is coming down to the game."

The Imps boss will also be presented with the League Two manager of the month award for February before the game.
