Jackson treatment to begin soon
Peter Jackson
Imps were bottom of League Two when Jackson became manager
Lincoln City manager Peter Jackson has said next Saturday's game against Wycombe Wanderers will be his last before starting treatment for cancer.

Earlier this month the Imps boss confirmed he was to undergo treatment for throat cancer.

Former Huddersfield boss Jackson told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "It's been an emotional couple of weeks for me but I just want to start my treatment."

Iffy Onuora will take charge of the Imps while Jackson is away.

Jackson is hoping to mark his final game before treatment by picking up the manager of the month award for League Two.

Of the six games the Imps played in February they won five and lost one, moving up to 16th in the table in the process.
