Lincoln City boss John Schofield has signed a new three-year contract - while his job title will change from head coach to manager. Schofield had been first-team coach under previous boss Keith Alexander.
When Alexander left last summer, Schofield was put in charge of the team as head coach, working alongside director of football John Deehan.
He led City to the play-off semi-finals last season, and has been rewarded with a new deal running until 2010.
