Leyton Orient have signed Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Jason Brown on a one-month loan deal.

The 28-year-old, who comes in as cover for the injured Jamie Jones, has fallen down the pecking order at Ewood Park and has played 16 games in four years.

"We're delighted to sign Jason," boss Russell Slade told the club website.

"The idea was to bring in an experienced keeper for the time Jamie is out injured, and Jason certainly fits the bill."

Slade added: "He has Premier League experience and we're looking forward to working with him over the next month."

Brown, who has been capped twice by Wales, has spent the last two months on loan at Leeds United and made four Championship appearances.
