Kevin Dearden has been appointed as Leyton Orient's full-time goalkeeping coach and chief scout.
The 38-year-old former Tottenham and Brentford stopper has been coaching the club's keepers on a part-time basis since November 2007.
Orient manager Martin Ling told the club's website: "It's pleasing to get Kevin on the board."
"It's a massive help to the keepers knowing he'll be around all the time and he will oversee our scouting."
Ling added: "It's the first time in five years as manager that we've been able to have these roles covered full-time and it's a step forward for us."
