Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling believes his side can still reach this season's League One play-offs.
But Orient's 3-0 loss to Carlisle on Saturday leaves them three points off the top six with seven games left.
Ling told BBC London 94.9: "As I've said before we require 16 points, we've got 21 to play for so we can afford to drop five in my opinion.
"But five points between now and the end of the season means we can afford to lose one game, and one game only."
