Leicester City's on-loan left-back Patrick van Aanholt has been ruled out for up to a month with a torn muscle in his thigh.
The 20-year-old Dutch defender has started six games for the Foxes since joining from Chelsea in January.
Manager Sven-Goran Eriksson told BBC Radio Leicester: "He will be out for maybe four weeks, which is a pity because he has been good for us."
Swiss full-back Bruno Berner is likely to replace Van Aanholt.
